Our goal in the wine cellar is to try to maintain the high quality level of our grapes as unaltered as possible, aiming to produce typical wines that reflect at best the soil and the place of origin. In order to do that we try to blend what tradition has handed down on from generation to generation with modern winemaking techniques. During the past years we have invested in the renovation of our wine cellars in order to create an environment where it was possible to manage in the best way every single production step. Nowadays the company owns a winemaking area and storage steel tanks and wine barrel storage for the aging of wines equipped with 110 wooden barrels of different sizes. Moreover, we have some rooms for the withering of grapes. We also have rooms to welcome our guests that desire to get to know our wines, our territory and us.
