Pinot Grigio Ramato
Light pink color with coppery highlights. This shade is born from the period of contact with the skins of the grapes during the vinification in the cellar.
The nose has notes of flowers and fruits such as apple, pear and berries.
At the palate is expressed with sweet and creamy notes in which emerge intense and persistent fruity sensation.
• After the harvesting we made a de-stemming and soft crushing of the grapes;• Then follow about 72 hours of skin contact at low temperature (in this phase the wine obtain its particulary coppery colour);
• Racking and fermentation in stainless tanks;• After the wine aged in steel tanks until the following spring when we proceed with the bottling.
It goes well with crab, shrimp or prawns, preferably coocked. Its also enhances with clams, scallops and cuttlefish. To conclude we can recommend it with pasta and rice dishes in general.Serving temperature: 10° C
