Winemaking:

Harvested by hand in boxes. The harvest is done in several steps to try to pick the grapes in the best maturation;
Soft crushing;
15 days of maceration in oak vats (this is the time when the wine acquires its particular coppery colour) and start the fermentation with indigenous yeasts;
The wine is then aged 24 months in oak barrels of 225 liters;
After the bottling the wine ages in the bottle about 6 months before to be release.
