Varietal elegant, with notes of citrus, spicy and creamy.
Intense, voluminous, crunchy, with a good acidity.
• After the harvesting we made a De-stemming and soft crushing of the grapes;• Then follow 24 hours of maceration at low temperature;• Racking and fermentation in stainless tanks;• After the wine is aged in steel tanks;
•Bottled in the following spring
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with fish in general.Serving temperature: 10 ° C.
