The nose recalls red fruit, leather, cocoa, coffee, spices in an enveloping overall feeling.


The palate has a strong taste but harmonious in its complexity and balanced by good acidity. You can sense the feelings of currant, black cherry, licorice and cocoa with an important structure and persistence


Harvested by hand, in boxes of 10 kg, the best grapes from Refosco, Pignolo and Schiopettino vineyards;
De-stemming and soft crushing;
± 20 days of maceration on the skins in oak vats, with the performance of the alcoholic fermentation (fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts);

Racking and aging in oak barrels of 225 liters of 1st pass for 50%, and the remainder in barrels of 2nd step.
After 24 months assembling and bottling (without filtration ) in the waning moon of January. After ± 6 months in the bottle, the wine is placed on the market.



Wine that finds the best combinations in red meat on the grill, tagliate and chops and even hard cheeses aged.
