Intense yellow with light green reflections

Parfum:

Sweet, large, spicy with varietal characteristics; with hints of citrus, almond, walnut, exotic fruit and hints of white peach, sage and white pepper

Taste:

Wine with a great structure, with good acidity and harmonious fruit and spice; the typical almond aftertaste and exotic fruit is very persistent.

Winemaking:

Harvested by hand in boxes of 10 kg. This wine is a true blend of different grapes because the grapes are harvested at the same time;
De-stemming, soft crushing and immediate cooling to 7-8 ° C;
• 24 hours of maceration;
Racking and fermentation (with indigenous yeasts) in oak tonneaux of 5 HL;
Aged in oak barrels of 15 Hl for the first 12 months;
The wine is placed in steel tanks where it ages for a further 12 months;
After this period of refinement the wine is bottling, and than it ages in the bottle for a year before release.
