A wine that comes from the blend of the three indigenous white grapes of Friuli, to better represent the great quality potential of this area.

Parfum:

Sweet, large, spicy with varietal characteristics; with hints of citrus, almond, walnut, exotic fruit and hints of white peach, sage and white pepper

Taste:

Wine with a great structure, with good acidity and harmonious fruit and spice; the typical almond aftertaste and exotic fruit is very persistent.

Winemaking:

Harvested by hand;
• Pressing of the whole bunch;
Aged about 12 months on the lees; 
After the  bottling it ages in the bottle several months before to be release.

It goes well with ham and ham; pleasant accompaniment also fish dishes, fresh cheeses and fats.
