Sauvignon Blanc 'Duality'

Sauvignon Blanc "Duality" DOC Friuli Colli Orientali

'Duality' comes from combination (Duality) of Sauvignon blanc grapes produced in vineyards with opposite characteristics ... Indeed, a cru has South/South-East exposition which allows the grapes to reach higher maturation that provide structure, warmth and softness. The other vineyard, instead, is exposed to northeast (in a lower part of the hill) an area where the temperature range from the day to night ensuring more varietal aromatic notes and a higher acidity that gives great freshness.
